1. Introduction

1.1 Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the website operated by Abc Printwear, Unit 13 Undershore Works, Brookside Road, Bolton. BL2 2SE. (‘Abc Printwear’, ‘our’, ‘we’ or ‘us’) ( VAT number: 137 4962 87).

1.2 In particular, we draw your attention to clauses 7 (Applicability of online materials) and 11 (Liability). By using the Abc Printwear website (‘our website’), you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, as modified and posted on our website from time to time.

1.3 If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions then you may not use our website.

2. Nature of our website

2.1 Our website is a place for you to select, order and ask for a quote relating to our products (the ‘Products’).

2.2 The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

3. Buying Products from us

3.1 To order plain / blank products through our website, add the items to your basket and proseed to the checkout and following the payment instructions.

3.2 To order personlaised product through our website you will need to select the products (the Products’) you want to purchase and fill out the information page to “get a quote.”

3.3 Delivery is charged at £5.95 for all plain / blank products purchased via our website.

3.4 Delivery for personlaised products will be calculated in the information sent when "get a quote" is submitted.

4. Returns

4.1 If contacting us due to faulty / damaged goods please do so within 24hrs of receipt of order. Replacement goods or a refund will be arranged if faulty or damaged.

4.2 Items that have been personalised, decorated with a motif, company logo or any other form of printing by us after approval has been given, can’t be returned.

4.3 We will not replace goods of the wrong size / colour / incorrect artwork / misspelling free of charge, these will be at normal cost.

4.4 To return items to us, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the Products to us within 15 days of the date of payment and in a resalable condition. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

4.5 In the event that Products are returned to us, we will be entitled to charge you a restocking fee for each Product equivalent to 20% of the price paid for the Product (the "Restocking Fee") We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day on which you gave us notice or when we receive the products back to us. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product less the Restocking Fee and delivery. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

5. Modifications to website

5.1 We reserve the right to make changes or corrections, alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of our website or the content Products or services available through it, including your access to it. Unless explicitly stated to the contrary, any new features including new content and/or the sale of new Products and/or the release of new software tools or resources shall be subject to these terms and conditions.

5.2 Please note that, although we try to ensure that the content of our website is accurate, it may contain typographical errors or other inaccuracies.

8.1 Abc Printwear have various social media platforms and these are a tool for us to share information about the work we are doing and any other relevant information in society.

8.2 Abc Printwear may delete inappropriate comments on our social media to keep you safe. Please note that copies of every posting on the Abc Printwear social media sites, including responses made, are public.

You also understand that we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that any material available for downloading from our website will be free from infection, viruses and/or other code that has contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and virus checks (including anti-virus and other security checks) to satisfy your particular requirements for the accuracy of data input and output.
